Delete Your XPRESIM Account
You can permanently delete your XPRESIM account at any time. This page explains the steps and what data is deleted or retained. This page is required by Google Play and applies to all XPRESIM users.
How to Delete Your Account (Recommended)
The fastest and most secure way to delete your account is through the XPRESIM app:
- Open the XPRESIM app
- Go to User Profile → Account Settings
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion request
What Information Is Deleted
- Your XPRESIM account and login credentials
- Name and email address
- Saved app session data
- Assigned eSIM information
- Profile details (country, preferences, agreements)
What Information Is Retained
Due to legal, regulatory, and tax obligations, XPRESIM may retain certain records for up to 7 years, including:
- Transaction history (payments, refunds, invoices)
- Fraud-prevention logs
- Aggregated analytics (non-personal)
Any retained data is anonymized and not linked to your identity.
